Ameriprise Financial offers mortgages which will save you 1% with our no origination loan (That’s cash upfront which in my opinion is the most expensive kind of cash).  Our in-house lenders have proven stability and success even through the recent volatility of our lending market which effected many loan institutions.

 

Our property management company handles a few hundred properties in the Austin area and we are proud that we are one of six property managers in the entire city that holds the highest designation possible as Master Property Manager by a national designator.  Our full time leasing agents are also a great reason we are such a successful management company.

 

We own a fully bonded maintenance company that exists to support our property management company & brokerage company. We charge Half of what many competitors charge per hour. Our hourly rate is $30-$35 per hour.
